ElandAppliance.com does not refund merchandise whether it is defective or not. All merchandise that is returned for exchange must be returned within 7 days in brand new condition. The original box and packaging must Not be damaged, and all original accessories, guarantees and instructions must be accompanied by the sales receipt.

There is a 25% Restocking charge for returning non defective merchandise that has been opened. If the original box or packaging is missing we well impose a larger restocking charge. Non defective merchandise that is damaged or scratched cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Delivery and Installation fees are nonerefundable and are not eligible for store credit.
